What You Need To Know About Tomorrow’s Snow – Jersey Shore Update
February is going to act like February tomorrow with snow concerns for Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Here's the latest update.
We checked in with our Chief Meteorologist Dan Zarrow about what to expect tomorrow in Monmouth & Ocean Counties with snow in the forecast. Here's what Dan says about it.
When does it start? It looks like the snow will start in the late morning hours. It will transition to a wintry mix by the late afternoon hours.
When will it end? It will be all rain by the late evening hours, and the rain will continue through Thursday morning.
How much will we get? It looks like Monmouth & Ocean Counties can see 1 to 2 inches before the rain washes it away, and some areas (Jackson, Millstone) may see up to 3 inches. There's also a chance of light icing through the area.
How warm will it get Thursday? Believe it or not, Thursday's high is expected to be 57, making this quick storm a quick memory.
So, we get ready for what appears to be a wintry Wednesday and a rough afternoon commute, then some temperatures that will feel like spring. The Jersey Shore winter roller coaster ride continues! A snowy Wednesday and a Thursday that comes close to 60! You can't make it up!
