Specialty supermarket chain Whole Foods has plans to open a third location in Monmouth County, making their range of natural and organic products more accessible than ever!

The Coast Star reports a new Whole Foods is expected to open in Wall Township. It will occupy space in the Allaire Plaza on Allaire Rd. just off Rt. 35, once home to a Pathmark store.

It is unknown exactly where in the plaza the new store will be.

Whole Foods is currently open in Middletown, with the Marlboro store set to open this spring.

There are no plans for Whole Foods in Ocean County any time soon.

I live fairly close to the Middletown location, and while I can't afford to shop there for all of my groceries (the 'Whole Paycheck' nickname isn't completely off-base) I do like Whole Foods for specialty products, organic produce, and certain things regular grocery stores just don't carry. Also, their fresh bakery items and prepared foods are insanely good!

Unfortunately, you'll have to be patient about setting foot in the Wall Township store...it's not expected to be open until late 2015 or early 2016.
