Alanis Morissette to Play Acoustic Show in Monmouth County

Attention all 90s kids: the queen of angst is coming our way!

Alanis Morissette is playing a handful (seriously, there's like 5 scheduled right now) of 'Intimate and Acoustic' shows and one of them is in Monmouth County!

Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank will host the show on Sunday, July 27th at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $35-$125 (plus fees) and go on sale to the general public this Friday (June 6) at noon through the Count Basie Box Office.

Pardon me while I fangirl out: I cannot accurately explain my love of Alanis and her music, I nearly wore out my Jagged Little Pill cassette because I used to play it non-stop. (What was I so angry about at age 10? I have no idea, but that album SPOKE to me.)

I have pretty much all of her albums, and there's not a chance I'm missing this show!
