Before You Trash Your Christmas Tree…Help Rebuild The Dunes

Before you throw away your Christmas tree, think about helping to rebuild the dunes at Island Beach State Park. Island Beach State Park has posted an event on their Facebook page asking for your used  REAL Christmas trees in efforts to help rebuild the dunes. Make sure you take off all your ornaments and lights before bringing it there. There will be some staff available to help you with your drop off.

This event will take place on January 4, 2020 from 10a – 2p in the parking lot listed as A23 which is about 8 ½ miles into Island Beach State Park. If you need more details, call 732-793-1315.
