There is a report out that the biggest penthouse at the Asbury Ocean Club will be going on the market at nearly $ 6 million.

In the report, at Mansion Global, this once in a lifetime penthouse is described as the "crown jewel" of the 6 penthouses at the Asbury Ocean Club. Check out some of the amazing details.

Ocean view terraces. The penthouse features not one, but two ocean view terraces. A wrap around ocean view terrace on the lower level, and an ocean view terrace on the upper level.

Four bedrooms. It also includes 4 bedrooms, four full bathrooms (along with two powder rooms) as well as 4500 square feet of interior space and 2500 square feet outdoors.

According to the article, the property will be listed beginning tomorrow (Friday March, 8th), so if you're interested, act quickly.

It's so exciting for us to see this all happening, since we've had a front row seat to the building of this amazing complex during our live broadcasts from the Asbury Park boardwalk.

This is just me talking, but this penthouse sounds like a pretty awesome place to broadcast a morning show from on a few Fridays, so I think whoever buys it should seriously consider reaching out to us.
