A couple of Ocean Grove stores are coming together to kick off the holiday season with hope and good will. And they'd like your help.

On Sunday, November 1st, from10:00 am -5:00 pm The Emporium (63 Main Ave.) and Comfort Zone (44 1/2 Main Ave.) in Ocean Grove will be hosting an event called; “The Giving Tree of Hope."During these trying times of COVID, owners Victor Aluise & Steve Mandeville have been looking for a way to unify and bring their community together. A local supporter and community volunteer brought to them a great idea and so they joined forces to create The Giving Tree of Hope!

Let's all do what we can to help families that have been struggling even more than usual during this pandemic.

Event organizer, Maureen Keane, has come up with the idea of writing inspirational thoughts on streamers with butterflies that everyone can hang in beautifully lit trees that will be set up in front of the Emporium store on Main Ave.in Ocean Grove this coming Sunday.

And, in their quest to help the community for the holidays, if you bring a new, unwrapped toy for their toy drive that day, you will receive a 15% coupon good at any of their stores.

So get to Ocean Grove this Sunday, November 1st, and support the community and children in need in our community.  The Jersey Shore Dream Center will be the recipient of the much-needed toys for this holiday season.

Refreshments will be served at this free event with no obligation to purchase anything.
The Jersey Shore Dream Center is a non-profit whose mission is to find unmet needs at the Jersey Shore and develop creative, sustainable programs to address those needs.
