This 42-acre sculpture park and museum makes for a wonderful 'staycation' day trip with your kids, a girl's day out or for a date!

I have yet to get to this incredible place but, having to teens who are into photography, I really need to get to Grounds for Sculpture.

So many of my friends have told me about it, and one just sent me photos to share with you in case you, too, have never been there.

There are a couple of cafes on the premises, and also a nice restaurant, Rats, which would make a day-trip there double the fun, although I hear you should make reservations in advance and that it's a bit pricey.

Located in the Hamilton/Trenton area, Grounds for Sculpture is less than an hour from much of our area of the Jersey Shore. The Park features works of all different kinds from both established and emerging sculptors from all over the country and world!

I have seen so many photos where my friends and their kids actually pose with the statues, which makes it such a fun and interactive experience! Hope to get there this month!
