Great Pep Rally For Christie Rampone At Jersey Shore University Medical Center

Fans filled the Kurr Atrium at Jersey Shore University Medical Center yesterday to show their support for the Jersey Shore's own Christie Rampone, as the captain of the U.S. Women's Soccer Team gets ready to head to London for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

I was honored to be asked to introduce her to the appreciative crowd and it was a great moment. Christie made her way to the stage with chants of " U.S.A!  U.S.A!" greeting her. The event started with an amazing version of the Star Spangled Banner by a six year old girl named Reignn. Then Christie thanked her fans for their endless support and was thrilled to pose for pictures and sign autographs.

It was another great event put together bythe terrific staff at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Christie Rampone serves as the spokesperson for the K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital.
