The Holly Jolly Trolley Tour is coming up on Saturday, Dec. 6 from noon-5p at local Jersey Shore bars, with all proceeds going to SquanStrong!

SquanStrong is a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is based in Manasquan, but has helped people everywhere, whether it was local families after Sandy, or tornado victims halfway across the country.

With the weather getting colder and the holidays fast approaching, there are a lot of local families in need of help.

This is a creative way to raise some money for the organization. A $20 donation gets you a t-shirt and wristband for the event, where you'll get drink specials and free appetizers at each bar.

Confirmed participating bars so far include Bar A, St. Stephen's Green, Spring Lake Manor, Rod's, Edgar's Pub, Fratello's. and The Rail.

Two trolleys will run up and down Rt. 71 to transport attendees from bar to bar.

Even better? You don't have to worry about driving home, because free transportation will be provided by Wally's Transportation. (From 2:30-6p, they'll bring you directly home if you live within the trolley route, otherwise they'll drop you off at the Belmar or Manasquan train stations.)

There will also be door prizes, raffles, and a 50/50...sounds like it will be a lot of fun!

For more info and to register for the event, email squanstrongcommunity@gmail.com.

(You must be 21+ to attend.)
