Howell Police have released surveillance photos in hopes you can help them find a man who tried committing a home invasion Thursday on Michele Boulevard.

Police say he parked outside her home and as she went in to start unloading the groceries, he leered into the garage.

She had parked in her garage and left the door open.

All the while the homeowner had no idea she was being followed until she reviewed the tape later on.

The homeowner's dog then started barking when he sensed someone was in the area.

The suspect then fled, hopped into a black Honda Odyssey minivan and took off.

He was dressed in all black including a mask covering his face.

If you can identify the suspect, police ask that you contact Detective Corporal Nancy Carroll with any information or on-duty supervisor.
