Our 2nd guest will be Tom Rizzo, who is a Howell Township Police Captain, and author of a new book that came out in 2021 called 'Copikaze: A Crucible to Manage Mission Impossible', where he dives in deep into the issues and challenges facing police in today's society as well as discussing what changes could be made externally and internally.
