A week or so ago, meteorologists warned that the polar vortex could make a comeback, and we either didn't believe it or didn't want to believe it. Well now it's time to get ready for it's curtain call.

Alan Kasper says the polar vortex will reach down to our area once again and affect our weather in a big way. In addition to more bitter cold, Alan thinks we may see 4-8 inches of snow from midday tomorrow to tomorrow night.

You won't like the temperatures either, unless you're a fan of the bitter cold. Temperatures will drop into the teens tonight and tomorrow night, and the wind will make it feel much colder than that.

I don't remember cheering for the last polar vortex or begging it to come back just one more time, so I'm not sure who ordered up this curtain call, but here we go again.
