It’s The Boo & Frizz Morning Show For One Day Each Year

Every Halloween, the Lou & Liz show goes through a name change. So today, you'll be waking up with Boo & Frizz.

Now, anyone who has spent any time with us on the show know there are a lot of names we call each other during the course of the year, and Boo and Frizz may be the most polite of the bunch.

So with Halloween Day here at the Jersey Shore, we thought we would share a rare Boo & Frizz photo with you today. This picture was taken in tribute to the Zombie Walk in Asbury Park a few weeks back, and today might be the only other day of the year we can use it.

A big thanks to the girls from the Styling Co. in Belmar for waking up early that morning and doing some of their best work for us.

So, enjoy your Halloween today. We hope the kids have a great day! And by the way, our meteorologist Dan Zarrow says some clouds (but no rain) and 65 today, so the weather will be good for a little trick or treating. Enjoy!
