If you've ever been to Joe's Rotisseria in Roselle Park, you know the there probably isn't a pizza combo or concoction that they haven't tried. They gained quite a following, and now they are bringing their creativity to the Shore.

This fall, Joe's is opening in Asbury Park at 504 Main Street in the very busy restaurant section of Asbury.

What's so special about Joe's Rotisseria? Have you ever had a pork roll and cheese slice? I'll forgive them for calling it Taylor Ham. They are originally from Roselle Park. Oh, the crust of this pizza consists of pepperoni pinwheels!

I hear Joe's specialty is the patent-pending "triple threat." It's a combination of pizza, stromboli and garlic knots. Yes, you are seeing correctly, those that is a pig-in-a-blanket crust.

Owner Joseph Brignoni told NJ.com that he can't wait to be a part of Asbury Park, saying the town is becoming the pizza capital of the Jersey Shore.
