Livoti’s Old World Market: Latest “Jersey Shore’s Toughest Job”

When I got the call from Livoti's Old World Market in Aberdeen, I couldn't have been happier. They wanted me to work there for a day! Learning how to make mozzarella and how to make sausage and being around all that amazing food! How hard could it be?First of all, the staff at Livoti's is terrific. They are really nice people who know how to make some amazing food! And they're pretty courageous too. They let me give it a try in their mozzarella window and they were patient enough to show me how to prepare fresh sausage. I wasn't particularly good at either, but I had a great time learning.
