It has been a long time since I have been in the Point Studio, and it certainly feels good to be back.

I started thinking about the last time I was in this studio, and it is a lot longer than I thought. It's hard to believe I've been away from the studio I call home since April 3rd. We all know it has been a crazy three months.

We have all had our worlds turned upside down, and whether you're back to your normal workplace or not, that fact remains the same. Whether it's the Lou Cigar Bar or the Point Studio, things still aren't 100% back to the way they were, and they probably won't be for a while.

And to tell you the truth, I walked into this studio this morning, and it felt like I never left. Except for the fact that I couldn't remember what half the buttons were for, and I knew them all three months ago.

The one button I had the most trouble with was the Liz button. I just couldn't seem to get her microphone on from her home in Red Bank no matter what I did. I have a sneaking suspicion in was my subconscious at work.

Needless to say it's not taking long to get back in the swing of things. I had a fun time broadcasting from home...for a while, but it's great to see my co-workers, and it's great to be back in these awesome studios.

I want to thank you all for your patience with the broadcasts from home, and I want you to know I am so glad we were able to go through that chapter of this COVID book together. One thing is for sure. It's a chunk of time none of us will forget.

Stay safe everyone, and even if your workplace isn't open yet, we are taking steps in the right direction here at the Jersey Shore. Keep it up everyone!
