Meet Brooklyn from Hazlet
Our Point Pet of the Week is named Brooklyn, a 7-year old Boxer mix.
The Monmouth County SPCA says Brooklyn was surrendered from a Hazlet home along with her brother when the owner had health issues and was no longer able to care for the two beautiful dogs.
Unfortunately, the two siblings were separated when Brooklyn's brother was lucky enough to find a new forever home.
Brooklyn is as sweet as they come and loves it when you pet her and rub her belly. She can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. Once she considers you a friend, she will shower you with lots of kisses.
Brooklyn enjoys walks in the park and playtime outside. She is super smart and knows how to 'high 5!', along with knowing the commands 'sit', 'stay', 'come', 'down', and 'paw'.
If you'd like to meet her, please visit the Eatontown location of the MCSPCA at 260 Wall Street. Adoption hours are:
12-7pm Wednesday through Fridays
12 - 5 pm Saturdays through Mondays
CLOSED TUESDAYS
For more info, call 732-542-4552 or email adoptions@monmouthcountyspca.org. An adoption counselor will answer all of your questions about this special girl.
