Neptune man arrested in Wanamassa Fireman’s Memorial Park
Anthony E. Miller was allegedly sitting his car with no lights on in Wanamassa Fireman's Memorial Park when an officer on patrol spotted him.
Twenty-five year old Miller was in his car at approximately 12:34 AM Friday morning when Officer David Marino approached the vehicle.
Further investigation revealed Miller to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody without incident.
Officer Marino continued an investigation and discovered 64 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Miller was processed at the station and charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. He received a criminal complaint and was transported to county jail pending a first court appearance.
Charges are accusations and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
