Recent Report Says There Is Absolutely Nothing Worth Seeing In New Jersey

If you think we are lucky to live in a place as beautiful as the Jersey Shore, you might be wrong. If you think all those tourists crowd our roads and beaches each summer because there is something great about New Jersey, you might be mistaken. It turns out, according to one report, there is basically absolutely nothing to see at the Jersey Shore, or in all of New Jersey, for that matter.

As insulting as it sounds, there is not one New Jersey location that falls under the category "American Places Everyone Should Visit" according to Love Exploring. Not one. There isn't a single destination worthy of this very, very long list.

Now. I'm not saying we should be in competition with the Northern Lights or the Grand Canyon, and I'm not even saying that any of the locations on the list of 99 should be removed.

But can you you expand the 99 to a nice even 100 and include something from the Garden State on your HUGE list. I think you could have. And even if you can't thing of one yourself, no worries. We're here to help.

Here are the first three things we thought of. We think everyone should visit these stunning places.....

Sunrise In Asbury Park. I've been saying for years that this amazing view should be a bucket list for anyone who loves beauty in any form. The marriage of sheer gorgeousness with the richness of the history makes this a must see in person.

Belmar. Belmar Beach is world famous and one of the biggest tourist destinations on the east coast. The town is quaint and amazing and the beach and boardwalk are as amazing as advertised.

Jenkinson's. When your kids get older, do you think they'll remember your visit to Yale University (on the list) or the fall leaves in New Hampshire (also on the list) or the amazing childhood memories they made at Jenkinson's Boardwalk. I think we all know the answer to that one.

Seaside Heights. It is world famous and for good reason. And it means so much to all of us. It's a destination for people worldwide, and definitely a place you should see.

Just pick one of these or add another of your choosing. There are dozens of great Garden State options.But get New Jersey on this list as soon as possible. Please!
