This Amazing New Jersey Restaurant Has Been Named The Perfect Pasta

Someone is always trying to determine which is the best Italian food in New Jersey, and it has happened again. The bold statement "perfect pasta" has been uttered

Let's start by making it clear and, I think we'll all agree, that the only truly perfect Italian dish is always made by someone called Mom, and anyone who thinks their dish is better than Mom's is most likely wrong.

Now that we cleared that up, we just have to filter through the hundreds of great Italian restaurants in the Garden State to look for this perfect dish.

The hard work of uncovering this dish landed in the laps of the fine folks at Lovefood, and I'm sure the trip to 'carb heaven' was a fantastic culinary journey. MSN is calling it the perfect pasta.

After all the research, a victor emerged, and they were ready to announce to the world the elusive 'perfect Italian dish' had been uncovered.

Who got the honor? This incredibly high praise goes to the fine folks at Paisano's in Rutherford. It's a great name and apparently, their Pappardelle Rustica is as good as it gets.

As hard as it is to believe, the Garden State now has a perfect pasta dish. Perfect is such a large word. It actually makes me nervous, especially knowing how passionate we all are about our Italian food.

If you want to try this dish for yourself, just head to Paisano's. They are located at 132 Park Ave. in Rutherford. Order the Pappardelle Rustica. It's apparently perfect.
