New Restaurant Coming to Wall

We don't have one of these anywhere around here yet...but it's on the way!

Pancheros Mexican Grill will join Aldi and the drive-thru Starbucks in the new Wall Promenade shopping center on Rt. 35 South.

This is the site where the old furniture store stood and was demolished to build the new buildings that are now going up -- across from Rook and next to the Whole Foods shopping center.

The closest Pancheros, up until now, was the one in Hamilton. At this restaurant, it's all about the tortilla. They are made on the spot. No two are alike. There are also no fryers or freezers here. Just simple and fresh ingredients, with Vegan options (they even have Tofu!)

They have burritos, bowls, salads, tacos, quesadillas and more. I wonder if this will put a dent in the Bubakoos and Chipotle that are also along the same strip in other shopping centers in Wall...but, according to a recent local survey, residents seem to think you can never have to many Mexican options!
