The Red Bank Regional High School creative writing and drama majors visited the Lou & Liz show to talk about this week's Winter Showcase, and to present us with  surprise we'll never forget.

Meaghan McDavitt, the creative writing teacher at RBRHS reached out to me to ask how they could promote this awesome event and by the time the conversation was over, a plan was hatched to have the students write, sing and perform a skit where they impersonate Lou & Liz announcing the event.

They did an awesome job, and maybe sounded a little better impersonating us than we really sound! You can check out the video of their impersonation below. It's a great job and we loved it!

Here are the details about the Winter Showcase...

Where. Red Bank Regional High School, Joseph A. Russo III Auditorium

When. Thursday, December 19th 7:00pm

Why. This event is fundraising the bus for the students to go to Broadway to see Come From Away and to participate in a professional Broadway workshop. The students are paying their own way for ticket and workshop, so they are hoping to raise enough funds to cover the bus bill to New York City.

Tickets. Available online at Book Tix (use promo code LOCALFLYER for $1 off), or you can buy them at the door.

So, get out to this great show. The students and staff worked extremely hard on it and they're planning an awesome show which will include original skits, a Friends reenactment episode and much more! Don't miss it!
