Yes, it it here. It is the month of Thanksgiving, and the Jersey Shore is ready to celebrate with one of New Jersey's top Thanksgiving recipes.

When you thing of New Jersey Thanksgivings, you think of family, friends, turkey and all those desserts. Well, we celebrate the beginning of Thanksgiving month with remembering the recipe that Taste of Home once named The Top Thanksgiving Recipe in New Jersey.

It's called Pumpkin Pie Custard, and it was submitted to the publication by Nancy Zimmerman of Cape May Courthouse, after having the recipe after her husband's aunt shared it with her.

We're getting it to you early this year, so you have time to put it together before the feast. It's an amazing combination of pumpkin, eggs, ginger,  cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg among a handful of other ingredients.

If you want the full recipe, all you have to do is check out the Taste of Home site, and you'll get that and all the top Thanksgiving recipes from each state. Make sure you check out Massachusett's Deep Dish Apple Pie, too. It will make you fall in love with Thanksgiving all over again.

Welcome to Thanksgiving month Jersey Shore. It goes fast, so enjoy every minute of it.
