The Pollen Attack Has Come Before The Cicada Invasion

As we were all being distracted by the impending invasion of the cicada, we were struck by the attack of the pollen. The Jersey Shore is turning into a science fiction movie.

I was working in the yard yesterday and the amount of pollen was unbelievable. It was like it had snowed, but it wasn't snow, it was annoying pollen, so I guess technically, it had pollened.

Allergy sufferers must be miserable, because I don't usually have much of a reaction to the pollen, but it was definitely getting to me yesterday. Plus, it was all over my shoes and pants..really disgusting.

We won't even bring up cars and windows outdoor tables. The stuff is everywhere. I guess there's nothing we can do about it but wait until it washes away, but we don't have to like it. It almost makes me forget about the cicada invasion, at least for a few days,
