What an amazing dog! If you want him, go get him quick!

Our Point Pet of the Week is a 2-year old that first came to the Monmouth County SPCA from an overcrowded shelter in the south. JoJo was adopted out to a nice family in Hazlet, but he was unfortunately returned 11 days later. It seems that the household was just a little too busy for this sweet, country boy.

At times, JoJo lets his hound nose rule him as he enjoys sniffing out everything along the way on his walks. He is an adventure-driven boy who is always ready for a walk or a visit to the park. He enjoys his playtime -- tennis balls and squeaky toys are his favorites.

JoJo's last family says he is house trained and a very smart boy who knows his basic commands. And as if that wasn't enough, he is also dog-friendly! JoJo would love nothing more than a nice, quiet home where he can sit back, relax, and enjoy the love of a family.

If you would like to meet this sweet boy, please come see him at the Eatontown location. CLICK HERE for the address and hours. And don't forget to grab your dog and kids for a chance to eat out at MJ's on Rt. 66 in Neptune and perhaps even bring home another dog as a companion for the one you already have! The MJ's Annual Dog Fair will take place on Saturday, September 16th from Noon - 3 pm. It's not often you get to take your dog to lunch plus see other adoptable dogs, plus there will be a professional positive reinforcement trainer there to answer all of your training questions. And lots of vendors and outdoor dining with drink and food specials for your family.
