A fantastic job by Brian Shea and the PBN Open Water/ Masters Swim & Group Workouts Facebook page for showing all of us this awesome video. Not one but two humpback whales feeding together off the Long Branch coast. BEAUTIFUL!

It's heartwarming to watch and knowing that happened right off the Jersey Shore coast makes it even better. Mother nature is special. Seeing whales, dolphins, seals and other marine life living healthy will put a smile on our faces. It was a beautiful Sunday in the ocean and luckily for Brian, he was able to capture this incredible moment.

In addition, the PBN Open Water/ Masters Swim & Group Workouts Facebook page might be great for you. It's an information page for swimmers, runners & triathletes, seeking information about training/ racing & group workout options in the Monmouth County area. For example, they are hosting the Asbury Masters Swim at the Asbury Park Boys & Girls Club. For more information, click this link. I have written a couple of articles about the ocean. Whether it's me getting waves in Belmar or letting you know about brand new artificial reefs, the beaches and ocean are a huge reason why we love living at the Jersey Shore.
