Where Was I In Ocean County?

I took this picture this past weekend and I was wondering if you knew where it was taken from.

You need to be specific with this answer. The general place this was taken might be easy to come up with, but we need to know the exact location where I was standing when. the picture was snapped.

I had just eaten lunch.

I had just played games.

We had done a live radio show from there once.
