The coronavirus has changed a lot of things about our "normal day, and there are a lot of things we are doing more of, some good and some bad.

Here are just some of the things I have noticed we are doing more of during this outbreak and how they are impacting us.

Hand washing. That can only be a good thing, and why weren't we doing more of it before?

Eating. We're mostly stuck in the house, so it's inevitable. And we're probably not eating the healthiest stuff, either.

Social. We though we were using social media a lot before, but now it's at a whole new level.

Worrying. How can we not. These are scary times for everyone.

Family. One silver lining in all this is there is much more family time.

TV. We're binge watching anything we can think of and some things we never thought of.

Social Distancing. Staying 6 feet away from other humans has become the norm.

Exercising. Maybe it's a walk or yoga, but many of us are moving around more, and yes, many of us are not.

Teaching. Parents have added "teacher" to their resume lately.

Cooking. Suddenly the kitchen has hours that are usually designated for a diner.

There are many others, so feel free to add yours. Tomorrow we will list 10 things we are doing less of in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
