Donate 105.7 The Hawk’s Ocean Of Love Radiothon

The Ocean of Love Billboard Radiothon has officially kicked off!

Andy Chase, the afternoon host for our sister station 105.7 The Hawk, will be living on top of a billboard in the Target/Lowes parking lot on Hooper Ave in Toms River for an entire week to raise money for Ocean of Love.

According to their website, "Ocean of Love is a non-profit, charitable 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping Ocean County children with cancer and their families. Our purpose is to assist the children through their illness. We provide financial and emotional support so that they can experience the “normal” joys of childhood, knowing their lives are significant and meaningful to each and every one of us."

Chris Varacchi, Lady Di, and all of 105.7 The Hawk come together for this event to even be possible.

Their goal is to raise $105,700 for kids with cancer by the time the week comes to an end. I have seen people from all walks of life come out to make a donation -- even someone on the way to their wedding once!

Plus, if you make a minimum donation of $50.00, The Hawk will play any song you request that is in their library.

If you make a minimum donation of $100.00, The Hawk will play anything you request. According to Varacchi, "If they can find it, they will play it."

So try and make it down there because donating in person is definitely much more exciting because there is an exciting schedule set in place all week!
