As we head into the first full November weekend of 2020, it's felt more like May these last few days.

With the warm snap expected to continue through at least early next week, we do have to remember that winter isn't that far away, so this is a great opportunity to enjoy a little bonus summer before Old Man Winter really moves in.

The normal average temperature in New Jersey for November is right in the mid-50s, but forecasts are calling for the sun to stay out and for temperatures to hang in the low 70s through the weekend and beyond, a good 15 degrees above normal for this time of year.

In fact, the temperature for Toms River isn't expected to drop below the mid 60s until late next week.

The only blip on the radar right now looks to be some rain moving in by Wednesday, but even then the high temperature is predicted to stay close to 70.

All good things must come to an end, though, and it looks like reality will begin to move back in by late in the week next week.

But hey, with a solid 4 days ahead of dry and warm weather, we can squeeze in some extra outdoor time here at the Jersey Shore before the crisp fall air returns.

So, that being said, here are a handful of ways to enjoy this little taste of bonus summer that we'll get to enjoy over the next few days here in Ocean County (and yes, even into Monmouth County).
