Bon Jovi and Friends to Perform Two Count Basie Theatre HOPE Concerts to Benefit Local Charities
It's the season of giving, and some big names are giving back by performing TWO all-star concerts to benefit local charities.
HOPE 8 will feature legendary Jersey musicians including Jon Bon Jovi, Southside Johnny, Bobby Bandiera, Gary U.S. Bonds, and John Cafferty.
The concert will take place at 7 p.m. on December 23rd at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, to benefit Visiting Nurse Association Health Group and 180 Turning Lives Around.
Announced today, a SECOND concert, called "...and even more HOPE" will happen at 9:30 p.m. also on December 23rd at the Basie, to benefit Mary's Place by the Sea.
Tickets for the first show are already sold out, but tickets for the 9:30 show go on sale this Friday, November 13th at noon through the Count Basie Box Office, by phone at (732) 842-9000, and online at thebasie.org.
Ticket prices range from $50-$500 and they WILL sell out, so act fast!
Not only is it sure to be an incredible show, but I don't have to tell you how very important Mary's Place by the Sea is to me. It's a non-profit respite facility in Ocean Grove that provides services of all kinds completely free of charge to women with cancer. It's an amazing group, and I urge you to find out more about them by visiting marysplacebythesea.org.
