Ten-year old Trinitie gets to travel to England for this!

Trinitie Maloney from Brick is the first 10-year old girl goalkeeper selected to travel to England and play international soccer for NextGen USA Soccer, a team that gives players an opportunity to train and play against teams from other countries.

Trinitie has played for the Twin County Rage and PDA Shore. She started playing goalkeeper when she was 6!

We had Trinitie on our show this morning to wish her 'Bon Voyage' before she leaves at the end of this week with her parents. When we asked her what she was most looking forward to about traveling to England, her response was "Playing the game." Spoken like a professional player!

Trinitie will be overseas for ten days and we wish her the best of luck!

P.S. Her mom, Shannon, couldn't be prouder and happier for her. We met Shannon and found out about Trinitie because Shannon won our grand-prize giveaway this past weekend of $1,000. She couldn't believe she'd won and have that money in time for the trip!
