You know those moments when you finish your coffee and you think, 'Man, I wish I could just eat this cup instead of having to throw it out...or wash know, for the ENVIRONMENT.'

Okay, maybe you haven't, but regardless, consider it a problem-you-didn't-know-you-had solved!

Alfred Coffee & Kitchen in LA has created an edible cup for espresso (and related tiny drinks), and I want it!

The 'cup' is basically an ice cream cone coated in chocolate. (It's also served in wax paper, which sort of defeats the purpose of the edible cup, but whatevs.)

It sounds perfectly delightful, and I'll take two.

Honestly, think of the mocha goodness that comes from a light taste of chocolate with every sip of dark espresso...then the bit of ever-softening crunch from the cone, well, it's like biscotti, no?

Apparently this is only on Alfred Coffee's secret there are some local coffee joints doing this, STOP MAKING THINGS SECRET.
