Our Point Pet of the Week, at 11 years old, finds herself without a home. Meet Queeny.

Queeny is a Lab mix that was surrendered to the Monmouth County SPCA when her family lost their home and could no longer care for her. She had lived with that family for her entire life so a shelter is not a place she is familiar with.

Since being at the shelter, Queeny has met so many new people and made many new friends. She loves when they take her out for walks or just spend time cuddling with her. Queenie's old home included both adults and children and she was adored by all. She is house trained and perfectly well behaved when left at home alone, according to her old family.

Queeny is smart and knows commands like 'sit', 'stay', 'come', 'down', and 'paw'. If you are interested in meeting this sweet dog, you can visit her at the Eatontown location, 260 Wall Street, Noon - 7 Wednesdays - Fridays and Noon - 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays (closed Mondays and Tuesdays.)
