Today you'll find a motel next to an airstrip, a restaurant, a pool, and a bar/grill with weekly entertainment throughout the summer.

I used to take my kids here all the time when they were younger and they loved it.

They would sit there for hours and hours watching the airplanes take off and land and of course, always enjoyed swimming in the pool too.

They would play volleyball and horseshoes. It was a lot of fun. Plus, it was great you could just pay by the day and not get locked into a membership.

Monday - Thursday it's $15 and weekends and holidays are $20.

The Flying W has entertainment with lots of bands performing all summer long. You can sit back and enjoy the great music while relaxing by the pool.

Don't Call Me Francis will perform on July 4th poolside from 4 pm - 7 pm!

They also have an outside bar with lots of beer from local breweries.
