Gino D’s Work From Home Lunch Ideas

I need to start this blog by stating that the Skillet Mac-and-Cheese is my favorite. One of the advantages of working from home is the wider variety of lunch ideas. Although salads, sandwiches, wraps, and last night’s dinner leftovers in the microwave are great lunch choices, having access to our kitchen while we work opens up a whole new world of creative lunch ideas that do not take a lot of prep time.

So, here is a list of my Top 5 work from home lunch ideas…feel free to add to the list and let me know your favorite:

1. Skillet Mac-and-Cheese
2. Grilled Cheese (bacon optional)
3. Tuna Melt
4. Asparagus Frittata with melted cheese (the cheese is not optional!)
5. Stir Fry (Chicken/Steak/Shrimp) over pasta
