Great Day For A Run (Or Walk) At Jersey Shore University Medical Center

The weather was perfect for the Jersey Shore University Medical Center's 5K run/walk yesterday as part of their annual Community Day. I was glad to be there to enjoy a fun day, plus host the awards presentations. They even tried to get me to run.

I wound up not running. Maybe it was the fact that every single person there was in better shape than I was. Maybe it was because I was still out of breath from the walk from the parking lot to the Point tent. Either way, I left the running to the actual runners.

And they did a great job, in both the adult race and the kids race. As usual the staff and management at Jersey Shore University Medical Center put on a first class event. Afetr the races, a terrific lunch was presented by Branches Catering of West Long Branch.    

So, it was great seeing everyone out at Community Day at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Hope you had a great day!
