Sometimes an innocent phone call between a grandfather and his granddaughter can take an odd and hilarious turn.

Find out one 92-year-old's fabulous and completely logical reasoning on making an early afternoon cocktail.

I called my Grandpa today at around 2:30 p.m. to see if he wanted to have dinner with me tonight. We started to talk about his day, when I stumbled upon this little gem.

Well, I just made myself a little screwdriver, a little vodka and orange juice, because I had a container of orange juice in the refrigerator, and I didn't want it to go bad...so I thought, ahhh, I'll put a little vodka in it. 'Cuz I felt like it."

Be careful, it looks like that wine might be turning too...better drink it quick!

I think it's especially cute that he thinks I might not know what a screwdriver is. Grandpa, who do you think I learned it from?
