Jenk's 3 New Rides and 2-For-1 Ticket Sale Info

You are in for some exciting new rides for the 2019 season at Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach!

First of all, THREE NEW RIDES are being added! The main attraction will be their brand new spinning family roller coaster called Tidal Wave.

Tidal Wave can hold up to 20 people at a time with a total number of 5 cars. It's a 2-minute ride that will spin you clockwise and reach top speeds of 20 mph. It's about 90 feet wide and 20 feet high and Tidal Wave is replacing the Flitzer Roller Coaster at the far south end of Jenkinson's Amusement Park.

Another new attraction will be the Fun Slide -- a giant 3-lane ride where riders use burlap sacks to slide down.

And the third new attraction will be the brand new Flying Buccaneers ride, which will be in the kiddie section of the amusement park. This child/family ride is user-controlled and turns in a circular motion.

In addition to these new attractions, Jenkinson's has also expanded their beach at the far south end of the boardwalk and added changing rooms, showers, and concessions!

The official opening weekend for Jenkinson's ride park this year is April 13th and 14. But it is a pretty lengthy process with the state when it comes to ride approvals, so the 3 new rides may not all be up and running by then . However, they should all be up and running by Memorial Day weekend!

And then the annual 2-for-1 Easter Sale takes place April 19th -April 21st, on-site and online:
