Jersey Shore Restaurant Recognized for Best Pancakes

The pancake. A simple, yet delicious concoction of eggs, powder, and sugar. What goes into making the best pancake? Thrillist went on a quest to find out and during their travels named a Jersey Shore establishment's flapjacks one of the 21 best in the country.

Have you ever heard of Uncle Bill's Pancake House? If not, you're in the minority because they have locations in Avalon, Cape May, North Cape May, Ocean City, Strathmere, Stone Harbor and Wildwood. They also have a pancake recipe that hasn't changed in 40 years! They have 15 different varieties of pancakes to choose from. Everything from blueberry to simple buttermilk. Have you ever had scrapple? Their's is the best. Just a heads up, they are an old school cash-only business - so be sure to hit the ATM before you go.
