Each year the NJ Sea Grant Consortium holds this major poll, and then names the best beaches throughout the state. So don't let your favorite beach miss out on the recognition it deserves!

2nd place -- Asbury Park

3rd place -- Spring Lake

4th place -- Belmar

5th place -- Long Branch

In Ocean County:

1st place -- Seaside Heights

2nd place -- Point Pleasant Beach

3rd place -- Beach Haven

4th place -- Island Beach State Park
