It's the coffee I can't get enough of, and the sign I definitely didn't want to see this morning!

You know when you find a new flavor you love and deep down you know it won't be around forever, but you convince yourself maybe this time it will?

That's me with Wawa's Banana Bread coffee. I mix in a little French vanilla creamer, and it's the best cup of coffee ever.

Wawa's Banana Bread Coffee Is Leaving Soon

NOOOO! Say it isn't so!

I stop at Wawa every morning for my 24-ounce coffee, and although I knew the Banana Bread coffee was a limited-edition flavor, I've been completely hooked. So imagine my disappointment when I saw the sign this morning saying it's coming to an end soon.

If you read the fine print, it says it will only be around until June 7th.

Can't it stay a little longer!!

As sad as I am to see it go, I still do love Wawa, and I'm excited to see what they come up with next. Now, the big question is: what will the new summer coffee flavor be?

And if you know of any local coffee shops that have a banana bread-flavored coffee, let me know in the comments.

I'm hoping some of the coffee shops below have it.

Best coffee shops & cafes near NJ beaches

When it comes to food, New Jersey is known for many things such as pizza and pork roll. Don't count us out when it comes to coffee.

With all the hustle and bustle involved in the average New Jersey resident's day, coffee is essential. It doesn't matter whether you're living in the cities of North Jersey or the vacation spots at the shore.

In fact, as the former owner of two Jersey shore coffee houses, Coffee Dot Comedy in Sea Isle City and the Daily Grind in Ocean Grove, I know firsthand how much people at the Jersey shore love their coffee.

With respect to that, I asked my social media following where the best coffee houses at the Jersey Shore were, especially since my two places no longer exist.

Below is what they came up with. (And see this other article for their coffee shop and cafe recommendations for Central Jersey.)
