Another winter storm is impacting Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Let's get the latest update on what to expect today.

The Winter Storm Warning will remain in effect until 7:00pm, and Governor Christie has declared a state of emergency. Meteorologist Dan Zarrow says we're still looking at the potential for 6 to 9 inches of snow in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, with coastal Ocean also expected to see 6+ inches of accumulations as well.

Dan says there will be periods of moderate to heavy snow throughout the day, and the majority of the snow will taper off by this evening, although we may see some snow showers until midnight or so.

Then tonight our low will dip to around 10 degrees, meaning any untreated roads will potentially have icing issues. We'll clear out tomorrow, but highs won't get out of the 20's. It will warm up a bit over the weekend.
