We are going to introduce you to the Garden State's tiniest town, but don't blink because you might miss it.

The smallest town in New Jersey is so small that if the building you work in has an elevator, there were probably more people in it this morning than the total population of this entire town.

There is also a very good chance that if you have at least a mid sized vehicle, you could fit the entire population in your car. There were probably more people on line in front of you at 7-11 this morning.

Alright, I think you get it. Yep, this town is that small. So, what New Jersey town are we talking about?

Well, according to Country Living, and reported at msn.com, the tiniest town in New Jersey is a little place called Tavistock and it has a population of exactly 5 people. Now that is truly a tiny town.

The town is located adjacent to Cherry Hill in Camden County, not too far from Philadelphia, and yes, the 2010 U.S. Census has it's population listed as exactly five people.

By the way, if you like the thought of  a small town, but 5 people is just too small, you can leave Tavistock and head to nearby Pine Valley which is much more congested, with a population of 12.
