One of the most recent JUST took place at the Ocean County Mall in Toms River.

It is a new P.F. Chang's! Welcome to the Jersey Shore family!

According to their website, "P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant."

Whenever I hear, "making food from scratch," I always consider that an extremely good sign.

Plus, I've tried eating at P.F. Chang's and I only have good things to say about it.

Shannon Holly already told you the basics of this new opening but I was lucky enough to get in touch with Erin B. of Ocean County Mall for an up-close and personal sneak peek.
