I started the week writing about a Mexican restaurant that just opened on Jenkinson's Boardwalk. It's called Cantina and it will easily be a beachgoer favorite this summer. Think about it, on a hot summer day, you want to find some shade, what's better than drinking a frozen margarita and eating tacos?! Now, after a tasty Mexican meal, for dessert, you can make your way to a brand new cereal-infused ice cream shop!

My Saturday was fantastic, it was the perfect start to the month of May. I was drinking margaritas and eating tasty Mexican food on the legendary Jenkinson's Boardwalk. The weather was great, the boardwalk was beautiful, and I felt a pep in everyone's step. You can tell the Jersey Shore is ready to have a tremendous summer.

Jenkinson's Boardwalk has officially canceled 2020's 4th of July fireworks in Point Pleasant Beach.

We have spent years getting to know the precious animals at Jenkinson's Aquarium, so let's keep up with them even while the boardwalk and aquarium are closed.

A Jersey Shore favorite and staple every summer with year round fun will be closing for the next couple of weeks out of an abundance of caution amid the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

For kids 14+, having a job at one of the most beloved boardwalks and beaches at the Jersey shore is a win! (Also a great opportunity for teachers to grab a summer job!)
