According to an msn.com story from Redbook, here are the some of the foods that will keep you young and why.

You'll want some chicken...it contains a lot of  zinc and selenium, which balance hormones and promote the production of collagen. Take that aging!

Sweet potato fries? Sweet potatoes are a great source of Vitamin A and mineral copper (which also promotes collagen production) and are important in the battle against thin, saggy skin.

Have a cup of cocoa! A nice cup of cocoa, using natural cocoa powder can help to maintain healthy blood vessels, and therefore support healthier circulation

The experts also say that other foods that are important in the battle against age are spinach, salmon and oranges.
