Being home as much as we are, we're all looking for ways to stay active. But this guy is out-exercising us all.

If you feel like garbage pick-up day feels busy, or a walk outside to get the mail each day is a lot, then you're not going to believe what Malaysian man Yim Heng Fatt did in his home to get his workout in.

While we rekindle our relationship with our refrigerator door here at the Jersey Shore, he spent a day and a half completing a marathon in his own house. That's right, he ran around the inside of his house until he completed the length of a marathon (26.2 miles), according to Malay Mail..

It took him 36 hours since he stopped for meals and rest, but let's be honest Jersey Shore, it's pretty amazing. During this 'stay at home' period, I once watched three straight 12 year old Law & Order episodes because I couldn't reach the remote without having to get off the couch.

So the next time you find yourself caught between 'get up' and 'stay right where you are', maybe this story can be a bit of an inspiration to you. If he can run a marathon in his own home, you can certainly shower and put long pants on in the same day.

I'm going to take baby steps. No marathon for me. As a matter of fact, i don't even intend to sweat, but I promise you this. The next time the mail truck stops at my house, I promise I won't complain about how long the walk to the mailbox is.

At least not out loud. Baby steps.
