There are SO many fabulous shows happening in Jersey right now...and more to come.  I already told you about these epic shows here.  However, if you are planning to go to various shows in Jersey you better make sure you are vaccinated or it's a no-go. Here are the places requiring proof of a vax or neg test before you can play:

This announcement just came down this past Friday...Live Nation Entertainment, which is responsible for most shows, stated that they will now officially require artists and fans at all venues and festivals to be fully vaccinated or show a negative COVID test (has to be within 72 hours of show date).

They run PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel and BB&T Pavilion in Camden not to mention they play Prudential Center in Newark, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford and the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park.  I personally just went to see Jason Mraz at the Stone Pony Summer Stage and I was all prepared to show my vax card but no one asked...almost nobody wore a mask either, although the concert was outdoors.  That will change going forward though.

This new policy goes for artists, employees and ticket-buyers alike.

Following suit is AEG Presents — they handle Starland Ballroom in Sayreville and they plenty of shows at Prudential Center and MetLife Stadium too, they just announced they will also require proof of vaccination. AEG's new rule will start October 1st.

Also are you planning on going to Sea Hear Now in Asbury? Well you better read this!

Listen, this delta variant is no joke. Its coming for us and ironically one of its symptoms is hearing loss.  So if we want to hear the music it is time to get that shot.  Read even more from The Patch here.
