Is it possible to have TOO many Wawas?

I guess we are about to find out because Wawa is expanding like wildfire throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties at the Jersey Shore.

Just recently it went public that the Wawa on Lanes Mill Road in Brick is going to be demolished and then rebuilt with 12 gas pumps!

That is just one of THREE new Wawas that is going to be built in Brick.

The second is going to be built on Route 70 at Duquesne Boulevard and construction is expected to start soon.

And the third Wawa is going to be built at Route 88 and Jack Martin Boulevard!

But wait, there is more. Two more Wawas are going to be built in Eatontown.

The first new Wawa Food Market along with six gas pumps is going to be built where Houlihan's used to be on the southbound side of Route 35.

And the second new Wawa in Eatontown will be built on the northbound side of Route 35 at Wyckoff Road.

There are also two more Wawas that will be built in Hazlet.

The first new Wawa will supposedly be built on Route 36 right across from the Airport Plaza.

The second Wawa in Hazlet is being proposed for Hazlet Town Center on Route 35 but has not yet been given approval.

And finally, a brand new Wawa is coming to Freehold. The Wawa convenience store with gas pumps was just approved to be built on Route 9 at the intersection of Elton-Adelphia Road.

Take a look at the original article at APP.com to try and keep track of each new Wawa.
